My work schedule expects irregular eating times, irregular sleep patterns and workouts. I am trying to deal better with the mental stress, but my physique seems to reflect the irregularities. I have gained weight which I need to shred it, else it will affect other body parts. What can you advise me as I don't see my work patterns to change any time sooner.
