Since I live outside my hometown, I do not have the energy to cook daily and end up ordering food from outside for most of the days. Though initially, it seemed to be alright, this thing soon started taking a toll on my health. I have been suffering from severe digestion problems for the past two months. My stools are in complete liquid form, and I am surviving on boiled foods mostly. I have the urge to use the restroom for three to four times a day. Though there is no passing of blood with the stools, the odour is highly unpleasant. I am only 27-years-old, and I do not want to have a weak stomach. Help me out!

Having food from restaurants and eateries daily is no way good, even if you are not having stomach problems. Having a delicate stomach at such a young age can ruin your entire life. So the first thing you need to do is that stop eating outside daily. Loose motion mostly happens due to a variety of reasons. Instead of popping in pills, it is advisable to figure out the root cause of the problem. In your case, you obviously need to stop having junk foods and maintain a properly balanced diet. Get
