Hello, my baby is 5 months old, and she is weighing 6 kg. She is active, but seems to be quite lean. What can I do to make her gain weight and look chubby? She does not drink powdered milk.

Thanks for writing to us. A 5-month-old baby needs to follow a proper diet plan. If you consult a paediatrician, you will get a diet chart for an infant of 6 months to 2 years. By following this diet chart, you can help your child to get ideal weight and height. You need to introduce new food items every month once your child reaches 6 months. Food items like nuts, pulses, grains, fruits and vegetables must be included so that your kid achieve ideal requirements of all the nutrients. Consulting
