Is there any side effects of Penegra 50 mg

I am a 27-year-old man and free from any heart-related disease or blood pressure issues, and I’m not on any medication either. While having sex, I use Penegra 50 mg tablets for better performance and have been doing it for the past one year. I take the medicine only at the time of sex, which is once or twice a week. Is it okay for my health to have it on a long-term basis? Will I be having any severe side-effects as a result of taking the medicine for a year?
