Suffering from chilblains for two weeks on my foot’s finger.

I am a 20 years old male. I am suffering from chilblains for two weeks on my foot’s finger. My fingers have turned red and it is extremely itching during bedtime. Kindly tell me what should I do.

What you can possibly do rewarm the affected area gently, without applying direct heat or rubbing or massaging. Avoid scratching and touching the skin as it is going to make it worse. Prevent cold exposure whenever possible and try to keep your skin warm and dry. Apply lotions to it to alleviate itching.
