Hi, I am suffering from Diabetes for the last 5 years. My cholesterol is 240, blood sugar (fasting) is 148, 0.9 Serum creatinine and Hb 1 Ac-8.0. I am consuming Metformin 500 in the morning and 750 at night after meals. I am taking Amlodipine tablet 5 mg od and Enapril 2.5 mg od. Apart from this, I have also restricted my diet and have reduced sugar intake except for sugar-free tablets. Even regular walking for 30 minutes in the evening is included to keep myself fit. Please offer me some suggestions that can check my cholesterol level and blood sugar.
